I've been to Hindes Hotel 3,4 times Everytime I booked different room. All the rooms are very nice and clean. Plus the staff is really co operative with 10/10 services.
Amazing and pleasant stay! The personel was really helpful and kind, did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Next to the hotel You will find Tesco and other grocery shops, so dont worry about shopping. Price really affordable! We will be back for sure!
Checked in today and Mr. George was very nice and helpful in showing the rooms and settling us in. Misplaced my phone while looking around the rooms and was worried, but Mr. George and his team were very helpful to show me the CCTV and walked around to find it. Finally found in room. Thank you Mr. George for your help.
Was here for work so for the most part just sleep there. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the shower. The handle kept falling out of the holder and the shower head would just fall down. But I would definitely stay there again. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Coming from Thailand I needed warm environment to stay in as I was missing my family, luckily I found the best hotel in Harrow, from the warm hospitality of the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and appliances it truly felt like a hidden gem. This hotel was very welcoming to us. The gentleman who I assume ass the manager/owner was very lovley and helped us navigate the area. He had exceptional customer service and would definitely recommend this hotel. It's very close to central London via the tube and it's a very welcoming atmosphere.
